We are NOW OPEN!

It’s been a very difficult time for many people. We hope that you and your families have been safe and healthy.

We have the full approval to start accepting customers and our Boutique is now taking appointments with certain guidelines in place. Our main concern is your safety and we’d like to let you know what we’re doing in order to help keep you safe while still making finding the gown of your dreams enjoyable.

We will be open in-store by appointment and/or by limiting the number of people in the store at any one time. We need to restrict the number of customers per square meter to ensure physical distancing of 2 meters at all times. Our recommendation is no more than 3 people for any appointment in the store. Please call 905.271.8055 or visit the contact us page to submit your date to book your appointment accordingly.

We will need to restrict use to one fitting room at a time to allow for cleaning after use and ensure physical distancing. We will also be steaming garments that have been tried on for appointments and put in isolation for a period of time.

Due to the shortage of sanitizer, we may or may not be able to provide this for you, however you will be able to wash your hands in our boutique. And we will ensure that our fitting rooms are cleaned after each appointment.
